As we build Athletes Launch, we offer a "headhunting service" that works similarly to retain Search. Our ethos in this product is to help your company connect with qualified talent as candidates and grow our user base at a cost-effective rate.

We aim to lower with former and current Athletes as qualified talent. This is why you'll see one uniform price for any position, no matter how technical.

We guarantee that we will fill the pipeline with career athletes with the requirements for the given job until you have found the teammate or teammates to hire for the position.

Active Search also comes with an Athletes Launch Opportunities tile, in which we will implement a hyperlink for potential candidates to engage with & ultimately apply to. The Opportunities tile included will appear and be priced at non-priority rates but can be upgraded by option in the menu; the add-on will appear at a discounted rate.

We will also be happy to directly fill the interview calendar time with qualified talent for you as an optional step.

Your active search token will be considered fulfilled once the position associated with the opportunity is filled.

Once you buy the product, an automated email with a Google form will be sent to you once you've submitted that we will be in our Search. 

Active Search competes with the Hiring Process at 3 Levels:

1. Time-to-Hire:

The national average is 44 Days to hire. Since we only impact a maximum of two stages of the hiring process (Sourcing and interview), we can't guarantee that the hiring will be faster, but we can't guarantee that the talent will be there to hire in 30 days; you make the offers.

"Once we get it, we get to it."

2. Cost-Per-Hire

The national average C.P.H. is $4,700 per hire; Our product is offered at half of that plus the advertising on the platform.

3. Quality-of-Hire

Many articles justify this, but ultimately, it's your company's decision whether to leverage Athletes Launch.
